Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
At OmniCraft, we are committed to providing a safe, ethical, and creative environment for all our users. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of our AI image and video generation tools and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Content and Uses
You may NOT use OmniCraft to generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
❌ NSFW & Pornography
Any sexually explicit content, nudity, pornographic images or videos, sexually suggestive depictions, or erotic material.
❌ Face-Swapping & Deepfakes
Any form of non-consensual face swapping, realistic impersonation of real individuals, deceptive synthetic media, or unauthorized deepfakes intended to mislead.
❌ Violence and Harm
Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, physical violence, torture, gore, or abuse against humans or animals.
❌ Hate Speech and Harassment
Any material that promotes discrimination, disparagement, hatred, intimidation, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin.
❌ Illegal and Regulated Acts
Facilitating or depicting illegal acts, terrorism, human trafficking, fraud, weapon manufacturing, or unauthorized medical diagnoses.
❌ IP Infringement
Using our tools to willfully infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or proprietary rights without authorization.
2. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To ensure platform safety, all text prompts and user-submitted inputs are screened in real-time by automated content moderation systems (including the Creem Moderation API) prior to dispatching to AI models.
- Fail-Closed Moderation: Prompts that trip safety filters or result in a violation decision are immediately blocked, and will not generate any output.
- Zero Tolerance: Repeated or severe violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of account access, revocation of credits, and possible referral to law enforcement where required by law.
3. Commercial Rights & Safe Harbor
Outputs generated in compliance with this AUP may be used for personal or commercial purposes according to your active subscription plan. You retain responsibility for the content you generate and publish.
4. Reporting Violations
If you discover any content or behavior on our service that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our safety team at:
