1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OmniCraft ("we", "our", or "the Service"), operated at omnicraft.cc, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to register an account and purchase subscription credits on OmniCraft.

2. Account Registration and Security

To utilize OmniCraft Studio features, you must create an authorized user account. You represent and warrant that all registration details provided are accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your authenticated session.

If you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. Studio Credits, Subscriptions & Billing

OmniCraft operates on a consumption-based Studio Credit model:

• Image Generation: Consumes 1 Studio Credit per output.
• Video Generation: Consumes 5 Studio Credits per 5-second or 8-second camera-directed clip.

All subscriptions, invoices, and payments are securely processed by our merchant-of-record partner, Creem. Subscription renewals occur on a recurring monthly billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal inside your Billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period without cancellation penalties.

4. Ownership & Commercial Usage Rights

Between you and OmniCraft, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable copyright legislation:

• Paid Plans (Starter & Pro Studio): You own full commercial rights to all images, videos, and game assets generated under your paid account, including the right to monetize, broadcast, publish, display, and license without royalty obligations to OmniCraft.
• Free Tier: Outputs generated via initial trial or promotional credits are licensed for personal, non-commercial evaluation only.

5. User Conduct & Strict Acceptable Use

You agree not to utilize OmniCraft to synthesize, host, or disseminate any material prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to: sexually explicit imagery, non-consensual face manipulation (deepfakes), child exploitation, hate speech, terrorism, defamatory works, or malicious software. Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

OmniCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniCraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall OmniCraft, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the service.
